manufacturing and administrative processes.

These Management System Certifications are:
ISO 9001:2000 (Quality Management System)
- This is a combined
Sasol North America Inc. certification, which includes
its Houston, Texas, Corporate Product Safety Group and Supply Chain Operations.
It also includes its Baltimore, Maryland and Westlake, Louisiana manufacturing
sites. (Note: This is a two-page certificate, and our Registrar requires that
both pages be maintained or displayed together at all times.)
ISO 9001:2000 (Quality Management System)
at its Tucson, Arizona manufacturing site.
ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management System)
- This is also a combined Sasol North America Inc. certification, which
includes its
Houston, Texas, Corporate Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE)
and Supply Chain Operations, as well as, its Baltimore, Maryland and
Westlake, Louisiana manufacturing sites, and Research and Development, also
located at Westlake, Louisiana.
The American Chemistry Council's Responsible Care® 14001
Technical
Specification (ACC's RC® 14001:2005) This is a Management System with all
of the Environmental Management System requirements of ISO 14001:2004, along
with Safety and Health, and Responsible Care® (which includes Process Safety,
Employee Safety & Health, Pollution Prevention, Distribution of products in
a safe and environmentally friendly manner, Product Stewardship, Community
Awareness & Emergency Response, and Security). This is also a combined Sasol
North America Inc. certification including its Houston, Texas, Corporate Safety,
Health and Environmental (SHE) and Supply Chain Operations, as well as, its
Baltimore, Maryland and Westlake, Louisiana manufacturing sites, and
Research and Development, also located at Westlake, Louisiana.
OHSAS 18001:1999
- Sasol North America's Baltimore manufacturing plant is also certified to this
Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series.
