Document Control Superintendent, Sasol
“I’ve worked at the Lake Charles Chemical Complex for more than 40 years. I love my job and the flexibility I have to help with recruiting and community programs. Sasol understands the importance of providing resources to help people get quality jobs. It’s a good feeling to be a part of a group that cares about the people in our community.”
Betty Rogers is the document control superintendent for the Lake Charles Chemical Complex and is currently our longest tenured employee at 42 years. Betty received her bachelor’s degree in 1973 from Xavier University in New Orleans and joined the company for an assignment in 1974. After three shorts months, Betty was offered a full-time position. She fell in the love with her job and her coworkers and has been with Sasol ever since.
